Last Christmas, in lieu of sending our HOPE Partners a Christmas gift, we donated water filters to three villages in Honduras. After these water filters were distributed, Pastor Carlos Ramos, National Ministry Leader for HOPE Coffee, discovered a fourth village nearby called Los Laureles that was also in need of clean water. Pastor Carlos reached out to HOPE Coffee in hopes that we could provide water filters to this village, as well.

You’ll be excited to hear that on April 15th, Pastor Carlos brought water filters to Los Laureles! He shared the gospel with the villagers using imagery of dirty water made clean, which points to Christ washing believers clean of their sin.

We are overjoyed to share that four villagers placed their trust in Jesus Christ! Yenir, Dalia, Senovia, and Norely are now children of God!

Pray for our new brothers and sisters as they grow in their faith and show the love of Jesus to the other villagers. Pray also for improved health in the village now that they have access to clean water.
