Logging In To Our Online Store

HOPE Coffee’s online store provides a smooth check out process, and the highest level of security. Follow these directions to ensure that you are correctly logged in, and receiving your HOPE Partner Discount!

From any location in our online store, locate the “My Account” button at the bottom of the section.
You will see a screen asking for your email address. When you enter your email, you will be sent an email with a code to log in.
In a different tab or window, check your email. Within a few minutes you will receive a message from HOPE Coffee with a 6 digit code. Copy the code and switch back to the HOPE Coffee website. Paste the code into the fields, or enter it manually. Then click “Submit Code.”
Once you have added items to your cart, you will be able to see your discount applied in the summary on the left.
You will be able to enter your shipping address and preferred method of shipping, as well as payment information.
